How To Recover Disks Using Bootable Media in Cloud Backup
Among the ways you can recover physical or virtual computers is through any bootable media, which can be a CD, DVD, USB flash drive, or other removable media that you can use to run the Cloud Backup agent.
If you want to know how to create a bootable media using Cloud Backup, click the link below:
Once you have a bootable media, you can now recover disks using it. Read further for a detailed instruction on how to do this.

If you want to specify additional settings to the recovery you want to perform, click Recovery options.
- Click OK to start the recovery process.
Congratulations! You now know how to recover disks by using bootable media in Cloud Backup.
Additional Instructions:
If you are performing a recovery of a Linux machine, and the machine had logical volume management (LVM) and you want to implement the original LVM structure, you should do the following before you click Apply RAID/LVM:
- Make sure that the number of target machine disks, along with the disk capacity of each, is equal to (or more than) the ones in the original machine.
- Review the disk volume structure.
