How to Manage My Website Design

Website Builder 

This guide allows you to manage your website after the Web Design service is complete within the Website Builder platform.  

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.

  1. Locate Website Design (Hosting) under your domain name. Then, click MANAGE on the right side of it. It can be either of the names below:

  • Website Design (Hosting) 
  • eCommerce Design (Hosting) 

 

  1. Click MANAGE PRODUCT

The Site Editor will open in a new tab.  

 

WordPress Design 

This guide allows you to manage your website after the WordPress Web Design service is complete. 

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.

  1. In your Dashboard, locate your WordPress Hosting product. It can have either of the names below: 

  • WordPress Hosting  
  • WooCommerce Online Store  

TIP. Use the search tool inside the account manager and type in “wo” to filter all WordPress and WooCommerce products.

 

 

  1. Click Manage on the right side.  

  1. In the Overview tab, go to the WordPress Sites section.  

  1. Locate the WordPress site you want to access the website, then click MANAGE

 

  

NOTE. Each WordPress site you create will have a separate WordPress admin page. So, make sure you select the correct site.

  1. Click whether the website to edit is in Live Site or Staging tab. 

  1. Click LOGIN INTO WORDPRESS.  

Your WordPress dashboard will open in a new tab. You can now manage your website on this page. 

WARNING. Making changes to the WordPress dashboard can make or break your website. Request for Advanced Support if you want to make changes to your website.

 

CMS Page Editor (Legacy) 

This is the website design legacy product that is no longer offered now. Crazy Domains sent you an email after your website was complete. This email contains the Page Editor login username and password. You can log in to the Page Editor any time, simply go to your website and add "/CMS" to the end of the URL.
